Gravity Yoga is targeted mobility training that involves long-hold stretches. Poses are practiced completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work – hence the name. Rather than obsessing with the superficial, we focus on the tangible, lifelong health metrics tailored to each individual student!

These tools that we can implement into our daily lives in ways that can help us become resilient observers in a world that often leaves us stressed and overwhelmed. The popular western view of Yoga is often skewed toward physical poses (asanas). However, this is only small part of what Yoga has to offer. When we look below the surface of this approach we see that Yoga offers us holistic practices to soothe and heal our minds and souls, as well as our bodies.
