A brief chat about the upcoming winter solstice as we transition from autumn- which is the season of letting go- into winter the season of reflection and rest.
The solstice is a time to look inward, and many cultures around the world have celebrated the solstice as a way to reflect on the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that have accumulated within us during these darker days using the solstice as a kind of turning point to now bring all of these things we carry into the light.
