It can be difficult as HSPs to put ourselves first even though we know if we’re not taking care of ourselves first then we won’t be healthy enough be our best for selves.
Yoga is especially beneficial for Highly sensitive people like us who sleep lightly, have insomnia, and are oftentimes kept awake by overthinking and the added stresses of living an HSP life.
